that ONLY concerns individual manuals purchased from this
site PRIOR to February 13, 2004.
REFUND POLICY
This refund policy ONLY affects
purchases of singly sold information products made from our web
sites before 13 February 2004. Any purchases made after that
date have no right for refund.
Our main product is the 12-part
Modern Accountancy Marketing & Sales Course for which there
is no refund right BUT the right to terminate your subscription
after any part (and prior to the delivery of the next one if
termination is made minimum of four business days prior to the
scheduled delivery date of the next part).

The products sold on this site
prior to 13 February 2004 are covered by our 12-month full refund
if you're not satisfied. Any services sold on this or
other of our Accounting related sites (such as web design services
presented at www.cpawebdesign.com) and any monthly-paid membership
services that may be offered at a later date are not covered
under the refund policy pertaining to PRODUCTS.
The Modern Accountancy Marketing
& Sales Course is excluded and there is no right to refund.
The products covered are information
products that are sold as one time purchase and involve no individual
design, work or membership benefits, such as

policy was changed and NO more refund rights are attached to

If you are not satisfied with
the Information Product you purchase, we will refund you for
the full purchase price you paid for it if you request a refund
within 12 months from the date of purchase.
To get your refund, you need
to inform us by e-mail of your request, giving the date of purchase,
the name of the product and the order number you received by
confirmation e-mail after your purchase.
After e-mail notification,
you need to MAIL us a written and signed attestation that you

Have destroyed ALL the materials,
be they electronical files or print-outs of them or partial and
deleted any and all quotes or ideas derivated from the product
from any other publication, form, method, system or filed document
you may have. This includes the download URL that you received
upon purchasing the product.

Have not given, sold, rented or
lended any copies or any part of the information in any shape
or form to third parties. This includes attesting that you haven't
give the download URLs to third parties.
Have no other claims after we
refund your purchase price.
The refund request has to be
made by the same person who purchased the product and whose credit
card was used.
Refunds are processed manually
and while we try to expedite the handling, you should be prepared
for a 1-3 week schedule. Refunds are paid either as a full recrediting
of your credit card or by check for the full amount of your purchase
price.
REFUND LIMITATIONS
& FORFEIT
If you have received and accepted
any additional manuals which were NOT bonuses listed on
the site with the product you purchased OR if you've asked for
and/or received any advertising or marketing or consulting services
from us then you will LOSE the right for refund for the product
you've purchased.
Acceptance of additional manual
is considered a fact if you have not informed us within two days
of receiving the said manual that you do not wish to accept it
and have destroyed it, any copies or derivatives printed or saved
electronically and the downloading URL given to you.
For every additional manual
received you lose the right to refund for ONE purchased product.
For any services rendered you lose the refund right comparable
to the value of the service as calculated with an hourly rate
of $250.00 times the hours it took to deliver the service.
If you have given materials
to third parties, your right to a refund is forfeited as you
have violated the copyright of the product as stated on each
Information Product separately.
If we have proof that you used
our 100% Money Back Guarantee only to get to view the proprietory
copyrighted information for free and did so without any intention
of using it for the purpose it was for, your right for a refund
may be forfeited.
If, at the time of your refund
request, there's evidence that you have NOT destroyed all the
needed materials and contact information then your right to refund
is automatically forfeited.
If there's proof of any fraudulent
intent from your part or if the person buying the product used
someone else's credit card, the right to refund is forfeited
and we will inform the proper authorities.

business-to-business sales and only to Accounting Professionals
in public practice.
If you purchase our product
you agree to do so as a business entity, regardless of whether
your credit card is personal or that of your business.
If you are NOT a practicing
Accounting Professional or NOT a partner in a firm offering mainly
Accounting services, please do not purchase any of our manuals.
If you do purchase our products regardless, you do not
have a right to a refund.
This is because our products
ARE SOLELY FOR PRACTISING ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS running their
own firm. All of our products are created to be used as tools
for expanding or enhancing the marketing, advertising, presentation,
sales and delivery of Accounting services by the owner / partner
of a CPA or Accounting firm.
As any other than a practicing
Accounting Professional cannot have any USE for our products, there is no point in selling these
products to others - and no point in giving any competitor a
free way to have access to our products without paying.
An employee or a non-practicing
Accounting Professional, a person or firm engaging in servicing
/ consulting Accounting Professionals with any services related
on nonrelated to the marketing, presentation, advertising, promotion,
sales or delivery of Accounting services or any prospecting service
or other person who is not the owner or partner of an Accounting
practice is excluded from any refund.

is displayed at the pages where our products are sold. By purchasing
the product you agree to our refund policies also on the part
of exlusions.
These policies of limitations
and exclusions are not to be used frivolously by Executive Viewpoint,
Inc. We have one of the lowest refund ratios in the industry
and to date, there have been no cases where a refund request
would have been rejected. We only reserve the right to it in
